Amélie is a qualified personal trainer from France specialised in circuit training, kettle-bell workouts and programming for pre and post natal.
She has been rowing and leading her team to regattas at University in France and in England. She believes that fitness is a long term lifestyle to embrace and she will give the best to her clients to help them reach their goals.
Mariela started her passion for body movement at the age of 16 years old, when she introduced herself to yoga practice. The mindful and physical challenges made her keep adding sports to her life including trail running in Costa Rica’s forest and gymnastics. Then came CrossFit to her life, Mariela enjoyed the challenges this sport had to offer, she learnt to adapt some of the techniques learnt into her fitness classes. Her joy for fitness took her to teach others how fun and life changing it is to move and to follow the path of a healthy lifestyle, she is also a nutritionist by profession.

Enthusiastic and energetic fitness trainer from Uruguay. Gabby is motivated to help people be healthier through nutrition, exercise and guidance. She is passionate about making clients enjoy their workouts. Gabby has a strong background in Pilates and Barre and also loves to teach Zumba and HIIT classes!
Veronika graduated from the Physical Culture and Sport Institute in the Ukraine. She has spent 10 years dedicated to professional sports, Veronika found herself helping and motivating other people to workout and enjoy fitness. Veronika’s favorite training styles are functional training and weightlifting she likes to challenge her clients to the maximum. Her wide range of knowledge will help you reach your optimum self. Veronika will assist with nutrition as she believes “we are what we eat”. She wants to encourage the clients to be the happiest version of themselves.
Yasmin's passion for finding the connection of the mind, body and soul led her to a journey of becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher and an internationally certified instructor of Theta Energy Healing. Her Yoga journey was guided and taught by Master Yogi and Ayurvedic Doctor, Kasinath Sundara. Continuously putting effort in sharing the knowledge she acquired, her teaching method is to create a simple way for everyone to connect mindfully, spiritually and physically and discover their own journey to a more peaceful and healthy lifestyle. She currently teaches Yoga in Arabic and English as well as offers individual and group private classes.
Dennise found her passion for life in Yoga after leaving the corporate world behind in 2013. Her intuition led her to Thailand where she completed her 200 hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa and soon after added Vinyasa Flow, Pre and Post Natal Yoga as well as her favorite practice , Yin Yoga. Her classes convey a message of spirituality through guided meditations and sound healing whilst remaining grounded through body-breath movement. She encourages her students to curiously explore their own bodies through raising self-awareness and generating an understanding of the self.
Apart from being a yogi, she is a mother, tree-hugger and animal lover who loves to bond over a cup of coffee.
